Career Coaching Call Agreement, Terms & Conditions

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Career Coaching virtual or phone calls will not be recorded without the consent of the Client. The Career Coach will take notes during the call to ensure appropriate follow-up details are registered for the Career Coach and Client's sole purpose to help ensure the best outcome of the first and continual calls.    

 

SCHEDULING

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled at least 2 hours in advance by confirmation between Client and Career Coach scheduling option. If, for any reason, you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session, you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 2 hours in advance, otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via email contact@datagirlash.com. You will need to provide email address to receive confirmation and accountable for checking Spam or Promotional tabs to ensure you receive reminder emails for your scheduled slots. Once booked, an email confirmation and follow-up reminder will be sent to the Client's email address provided.

TASKING

Tasks may be assigned during the coaching call to assist in accelerating the call's desired goal and achieve maximum results.

 

EMAIL FOLLOW-UPS

Clients are encouraged to email prior and after the coaching calls to "catch up" between sessions to discuss information related to the context of the coaching call, such as concerns, issues, and/or updates. Your career coach may post redacted private or demographic information of emails or messages related to reviews or exciting news of career coaching session with the Client's consent.

FREE EMAIL ACCESS

Your Coach is available during the week via email to share news and updates, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues. Please note, there is no additional charge for any of the brief "email follow-up" related to discussion in coaching call.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you wish to cancel the agreement and payments within 5 business days of the date indicated you may do so for a full 100% refund of any money. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way rendering any refund void.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

All notice of cancellation must be delivered by Setmore scheduling or email to contact@datagirlash.com. Please indicate your name and appointment time in your message. Career Coaching Calls via Data Girl Ash is a sought-after request; therefore, we request that all appointments be honored as scheduled and booked 2 hours to the start time. We understand unforeseen circumstances can occur and request that the Client cancels or reschedule within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment. This time slot allows the timely reschedule of the Career Coach to accommodate interested clients. Continuous (3+) NO CALLS or NO SHOWS will result in ineligibility of coaching call service; we ask that you kindly book a session when your schedule permits.

COACHING CALLS

Telephone or virtual calls with your Career Coach are at the Client's expense, and initiated by the Client. The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT CANCELLATION

If the Client or Coach believes the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client at any time, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation before canceling the Coaching Call.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.

AGREEMENT SECTION

By confirming a coaching call, the Client agrees to the listed terms and conditions set above with Data Girl Ash or paying any amount to the Career Coach.
